SHIPPING INFORMATION

After I place my order when will my order ship ?

Orders take a day or two to process. When shipped out, depending on your country, it might take 4 – 5 working days to get to you. Within Accra, deliveries will be worked on within 24 hours. Out of Accra and still in Ghana, please expect deliveries with 48 hours.

What if I have issues after my order has been shipped ?

Immediately an order leaves THINK SHEA to DHL, all shipping responsibilities go to DHL. Please visit DHL for all your shipping issues.

Will I be asked to pay taxes when my order arrives ?

Some countries require you to pay addition taxes before your product is handed over to you. Please check DHL Express to know if your country is part before you place an order.

RETURN & REFUNDS INFORMATION

Can products be returned ?

Unfortunately, NO.

Do you issue refunds ?

We do but only when items are damaged beyond use. Please email (insert email) for any refund issues.

What if I ordered for a particular product and another product was delivered ?

Please if you find yourself in a situation like this, please send an email to info@thinkshea.com attaching an image of what you got, your order number and please state exactly what you ordered for.

If I received a damaged item how do I go about it ?

As stated earlier, once our order leaves the THINK SHEA premises, DHL takes charge of the deliveries (International and a few local deliveries) and with this, it is normal for some products to get damaged depending on they are handle.

However, if your product is damaged beyond use, Please do well to send an email to info@thinkshea.com attaching an image of the damaged item and your tracking number.

We accept card payments and mobile money payments as well. No Paypal at the moment please.

Our products are sourced from our hard working “SHEA MOMS” in the NORTHERN part of GHANA, West Africa.

Are your products natural ?

YES THEY ARE!!! No preservatives (100% Natural)

What skin type can our products be used on ?

Our products are for all skin types.

Can our products be used on babies ?

YES!!! We have one for babies called BABY SHEA.

How do I place an order ?

Please go to the SHOP on our website, select the products you want and add to cart. Checkout when do and everything will automatically be calculated for you. Thank you.

After I place an order, how will I know my order has been received ?

You will automatically receive an email from us with regards to your order.

How do I track an order that has been placed ?

All international orders will be tracked by DHL. A tracking number will be sent to you after your order is been processed. You can click on the Track Order button at the top right corner of our site, it will send you to DHL page where you can insert your tracking number to track your order.
