Moisturising your face should be an important part of your daily routine.
Moisturising your face can help reduce skin problems like extreme dryness or oiliness. Either of these can cause acne and damage the face.
Below are a few tips from THINK SHEA on how to keep or get a healthy face with shea butter.
Things you will need:
2) Apple Cider Vinegar
4) Clean face towel
5) Cotton wool
6) Black Soap
With the vinegar, you will have to dilute it with water… so let’s say you have a 500ml container, 250ml will be vinegar and 250ml will be water
- Wash your face with the black soap and the machine (you can use the machine on your face in circles)
- After washing your face, clean it with the face towel. Use the diluted vinegar as a cleanser (put it on a cotton wool and use it to clean your face). Please make sure it doesn’t get into your eyes. Please leave it on your face for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it off (just with water, no soap). You can actually leave it on your face but some people don’t really like the smell of vinegar. If you are one, you can wash it off after 10 to 15 mins if not, you can leave it on your face.
- After that, scoop an amount of the avocado shea and apply it to your face.
Please do this every morning and evening.
But please stop the vinegar (not the routine) after 5 to 6 days because its actually strong.
When you see that the pimples are fading, you can do the routine just once a day either morning or evening(still without the vinegar but you can use the vinegar once a while. Maybe once a week ).
When it has cleared completely, you can stop but please use the avocado shea little by little just to moisturize your face after bathing. Also, please anytime you see any breakouts (maybe that time of the month for my ladies), please just use the soap, the machine, the shea and you will be fine.
